VILLACM COMCIL OF VILLAGE OF PLYKOUTH.
Pursuant to due 0411 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held o:: February 20, 1967, at the Villa6w
Hall, 13800 state Highway lie. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.Ii.,
The following members were present: kayor Staples, "Trustees Duntley, O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt.
The following members were absent: None.

N ayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

A RESOLUTION INFOMING TC- STATE HIGHWAY COAISSIONER
OF THE A,ORTIZATION SCHEDULE FOR THE $270,000 STATF AID BONDS

WHEREAS, the Village of Plycouth has issued and sold bonds, dated November 1,
1966, in the amount of $270,000.00 exclusively for the purpose of
establishing, locating, relocating, constructing, reconstructing or
improving its State -Aid Highways in accordance with Law.
WHEREAS, said Village of Plymouth has irrevocab..y pledged to the sinking
fund from which said obligations are payable, that amount of their
future State -Aid allotments as is permissable by Law and needed to
pay the principal and interest thereonf which principal payments
&hall be made from the 3egular construction account of such State -
Aid fund and the interest payments made from their Regular State -
kid maintenance Account, all as detailed on attached exhibit..NAK.
NOW TMMFORE, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLUOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby requested to
keep a bond record in his office for the Village of Plymouth.
2. That the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby requested upon
receipt of this resolution to annually certify to the State Auditor
the sum of money required for the principal and interest on said
bonds, as evidenced by detailed reports of the annual expenditures.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt anu, upon vote being taken
..thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: k-ayor Staples, Trusteta 0'ka11on
,
Duntley,'Hagen and Hunt.
The follo•.ring voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator of
the Village of Plymouth, k,inneeota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held February 20, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a Hill, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to, the Amortization schedule for 3270,000 State Aid Bond Issue.
