RMOLUTION NO. 67-28

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Villgge of Plyr.outh, i.innesota, was held on the 20th day of
February, 1)67. The following members were present: Payor Staples, Trustees
011vallon, Duntley, Hagen and hunt.

Trustee Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its a'option:
W17FUi AS, Jerome Formo has requested a subdivision waiver for Lots 14 and
15, Block 2, Ivanhoe Woods,

1. That the requirements of Ordin.Lnce Jo. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April b, 1966, in Boole 1035
of miscellaneous records, page 417, He;*ister of Deeds, Hennepin County,
l.innesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
That part of Lot i5 lying Easterly of a straight line drawn from
the (Northeast corner of said Lot 15 to a point in the Southerly
line of said Lot 15, distant twenty (20) feet :Northwesterly
measured along said Southerly line from the Southeast corner of

said Lot 15, all in Block 2, "-fnhoe Woods.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing re.,:lution was duly seconded
by payor Staples, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Payor Staples, Ti-;;stees O'Fallan, Duntley, Iiagen and Bunt.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared d;iy passed and adopted.
