Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting; ni' the Village Council'
o" the Village of Plymouth,,1iinnesota, was held on the>6th day of February, 1967, at
the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway /65, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The following
members were present: payor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Dintley, Hagen ane Hunt.
The following members were absent: P:orae. _
Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 67-25
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY DESIM PLAN FOR THE
INTERSECTION OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND COUNTY ROAD NO. 18
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Highway Depa.tment has prepared preliminary
plane for the improvement of a part of County Road No. 18 within the corporate
limits of the Village of Plymouth at the intersection of 36th Avenue North and
County Road No. 18; anti
WHEREAS, said preliminary* plans are on file in the office of the Hennepin
County Highway Department,- being marked, labeled and identified as Nap A, ,ianuary
1, 1967; and
copies of said preliminary plane are so marked, labeled, and identified
are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk;
NOW, THEUKRE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF !HE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"That the preliminary design plan presented to the Village Council by
representatives of the Hennepin County Highway Department relating to
the intersection of 36th Avenue North and County Road No. 18 and
further identified by Map "A" is hereby approved.."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor of the motion: Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.'
and the following voted against: Layor Staples.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, Gerald G. Splintir, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, hinnesota do hereby certify that I have
examined the attached and foregoing copy of a resolution approving plana for the
preliminary design of the intersection of 36th Avenue North and County Road No. 18
and the same is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by
thq.Villago Council of the Village of Plymouth on the 6th day of Feb --vary, 1967, as
the same is not forth in the minutes of the meeting of said Council on file and of
record in my office.
