VILLAGE COUNCIL OF VILLAGF. OF PLYf OUTH, k1NNESOTA
Pursuant to due call,, and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth, Kinnesota was held on the 6th day of February, 1967, at
the Village Hall, 13800 State. Highway #55 Commencing at 7:30 P.h. The following
members were present: payor Staples, Truetses O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen aid Hunt.
The following members were absents Bone.
Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adopt._on:
RESOLUTION N0. 67-24
A RTSOLUTION APPROVING THS,' PRBIII�JNARY DESIGN PLAN FOR TiBl
MEMSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 70 AMID COUNTY ROAD N0. 18
W10,2EAS, the Hennepin County Highway Department has prepared preliminary
plans for the improvement of a part of County Road No. 18 within the corporate
limits of the Village of Plymouth at the intersection of County Road No. 70
and County Road No. 18, and
WH ETAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Hennep a.
County Highway Department, being marked, iabeled and identified as hap H-1, January
30r 1967; and
WhIMMS, copies of said preliminary plans as so narked, labeled, and identified
are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk;
NOW, THTMEFORE BE' IT RESOLVED By THE; COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLIVIOUTH:
"That the preliminary design plan presented to the Village Council by
representatives of the Hennepin County Highway Department relating to
the inter -•section of County Roadd.Not 18 -and County Road No. 70 and _
further identified by Itap H-1 is'hereby approved."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Hun;; and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor of the motion: h,ayor Staples, Trustees Oe Fallon, Duntley,
Hogan and Hunt.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, GFrald G. Splinter, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk—Administrator-
of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, hinnesota do hereby certify that I have
examined the attached and foregoing copy of a resolution approving plans for tho
preliminary approval of the intersections of Co. Rds. 70 and 18 and the the same is
a true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth on the 6th day of February, 19*67, as the same is set forth
in the minutes of the meeting of said Council on. 'ie and of eco in my office.
