The fcii..owing members were present: Layer Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen. and Hunt. and�the following members were absent: None. Trustee Duntley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-23 WH`AMAS, Frank Reilly has requested a subdivision waiver for Lets 12 and 13, Block 3, Shortline Acres, WW, `i' i b'OR BE IT RMOLM BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYkOUtH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 2035 of kiscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, kinnesota:, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Parcel A: The South 88.5 feet of Lot 13, Block 3, Shortline Acres, said distance being measured along the East and West lines of said Lot 13. Parcel B: Lot 12, except the North 88.5 feet measured along the East and West lines of said Lot 12; and Lot 13, except the South 88.5 feet measured along the East and West lines of said Lot 13, Block 3, Shortline Acres. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: liayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley. and the following voted againsts Trustee Hagen.
