RESOLUTION NO. 67-22
WIMI SAS, Jack Swedlund of L'cklund & Swedluad has requested a variance of
Ordinance No. 65-7 which states that the maximum depth for a seepage pit is 20 feet
below grade.

I That a variance fromOrdinance No. 65-7 be allowed to Jack Swedlund to
install a seepage pit at the depth of 35 feet below grade.
The above motion was seconded by 'Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following voted against: gone.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
