Pursuant due call an notice thereof; a regular meeting of the Village

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
Wi3ERVASr William Deziel has requested a subdivision waiver in Section 6,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TME VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
pasted on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Y+iscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
k:innesota:, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area add 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
That part of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 6, Township 118,
Range 22, described'+as follows: Commencing at a point on the West
line of said 1/4-1/4 distant 1120.2 feet South of the N.W. corner of
said o/4:1��; thence at a right angle bearing East 275.0 feet; thence
S. 77 -34' Z. distant 520.52 feet to the actual point of beginning;
thence oontinuirtg $. 77 -301 E. distant. 230.0 feet; the North parallel
with the West line of said 1/4-1/4 distant 604.6 feet more or less to
the centerline of County Road. No 47; thence Northwesterly along said
oenterline to its intersection with a line drawn North from the point
of beginning and parallel with the West line of said 1/4-1/4; thence
South parallel with the West line of said 1/4-1/4 distant 669.59 feet
to the point of beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by"Trustee-Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
then of. N: or Sta les Trustees 01F'41lon Duntle and Hunt.

Wereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
