REPORT ON-MPROVELENT
Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, r.Iinnesota,
was h_ld on the 23rd day of , 19 67 .
The following members were present: Layer 84splev, Trustees O'?allon,
Dustley and hunt.
and the following members were absent: Trustee Ragan.
IMM06M Itsyor Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUKON NO. 67-18
t'.HFREAS, it is proposed to SmpossrW install sanitary soar along
Couaty Road No. 18 from County Road *9 to 49th Avenue North.
and assess the sibutting property for all or a portion of the coat of
the improvement, pursuant to A1.8.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
11011 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY -THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYHOUTTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvemer_t
is fe6sible and as to whether•it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Duatle,�► and upon
vote being taI:on thereon the following voted in favor of the -
motion: Mayor Staplos, Trusts" O'ftllon, Dustley and Hunt.
