Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Ninnesota,
was held on the 23rd day of January , 19 67 .
The following nombers were present: Myer Staples, Trastees 01hallon,
Duatloy and Hunt.
and the following members here absent: Trustee Haden.

Mayer Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: MOMOM M. 67-17
WHEREAS, it is proposed to qc install sanitary sever and water
in late 1.69 Block 2, Glen Eris Addition
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
0 the improvement, pursuant to U.S.A. §x'29.011 to 429.111.
ITOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the prop000d improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is inot••.ctod to report
to tho Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whother the proposed improvoQan':
is feasible and as to whethor it should boot be mado as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement an recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee O'hllen and upon
veto being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Moyer Staples, Trustees 01la1lsn, Duntley and Hunt.

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
