Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved izs adoption:
WHEREAS, tinneapolis Industrial Park has requested a subdivision waiver for
Lots 3 "-nd 4, Block 1, binneapolis Industrial Park,
NOW, THERVORt BE IT Rt'sSOLVED BY THF. COUNCIL OF TIE V1LLA0r' OF PLY110UTH:
1. That the req.iremente of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of kiscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
binnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the fo',iowing described lands:

Those parts of Lots 2, 3, and 4, all in Block 1, kinneapolis Industrial
Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying Easterly and Southerly of the
following described lines
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3, kinneapo]is
Industrial Park, thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line
of said Lot 1 a distance of 318.17 feet; thence on a tangential curve
to the left with a radius of 640.97 feet and a central angle of 62°
36125" to a point 20 feet North of the North line of Lot 2, Block 3,
Minneapolis Industrial Park; thence Westerly parallel with the North
line of said Lot 2 a distance of 144.42 feet; thence on a tangential
curve to the right with a radius of 408.88 feet and a central angle
of 86040'; thence Northerly in a straight line tangent to the last
described curve distant 480.94 feet; thence along a tangential curve
to the right with a radius of 399.26 feet and a central angle of
93°20' to an intersection of a line parallel with and 425 feet
Northerly, measured along the Westerly line of Lot 1, in said Block

1, from the South line of said Block 1; thence Easterly along last said
parallel line to the Easterly line of said Lot 1 and there terminating.

as beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 2, a distant
413 feet Northerly, measured along said Easterly line, from the Southeast `A
corner of maid Lot 2; thence Northerly along said Easterly -line a distance 9
of 12 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said �✓
Block a distance of 135.27 feet; thence Easterly to thepointof beginning.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: b;ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon Duntley, and,°Hunt.
and the following were absent: Trustee Hagen.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Unnesota, hereby certify that I have carefullt compared the attached
and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth held January 23rd, 1967, and the same is a full, true and complete
resolution insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver of Lots 3 and 4,
Block 1, Minneapolis Industrial Park.
