A RESOLUTION DESIaNATINO THE PLYMIOUTH, '
HERALD AS OFFICIAL PUBLICATION
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Viilatre
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 9th day of January, 1967, at
the Village Hall commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.k:. The following members were
present: Bayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen an« Hunt. The
following members were abseat: None.
Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-12
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. That the Plymouth Herald is hereby designated as the official
publication newspaper for the year 1967.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustee
O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

T, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth hereby certify that the attached and foregoing is a
true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Village of Plymouth
at its meeting on January 9th, 1967, as the same is recorded in the minutes
of the meeting of such council for said crate, on file and of record in my
office.
