of Plymouth , Minnesota, as follows:
Trustee Howard Hunt is hereby designated as a director
of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Administrator Gerald Splinter
is hereby designated to serve as alternate director of the Suburban
Rate Authority for the year 196_1_and until their successors are
appointed.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
Of the Village of Plymouth hereby certify that the
