RESOLUTION D?ZIGNA.TING OFFICIAL
VILLAGE D-POSITORIES
NOW, TMMMRE, be it hereby resorted by the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth as follows.
1. That Golden Valley State Bank, Golden Valley, Minnesota, be
designated as official depository for Village funds for the
Village of Plymouth for the year 1967.
2. .That the First National Bank of Kinneapolis, Kinneapolis,
kinneacta, be designated as an additional official depository
of the Village of Plymouth, for the year 1967.
The above motion was seconded by bWor�:8tsples v �d :ip�ap- srote being token
'.thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees 0"Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of,Plymoutb, Einnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the above
resolution of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
January 9, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete resolution therefrom insofar as the same relates
to naming the official Village depositories.
WITNESS, by hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
village.this 23rd day of January, 196j.
