The above motion was seconded by Trustee Duntley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallod Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
