REVOLUTION
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _soular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 9th day of January, 1967, at
the Viilage Hall commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.L. The following members were
present: R'.ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The
following members were absent: none.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:*
RESOLUTION NO. 67-6
WHMFAS, the Village Assessor has refused to accept reappointment to that
position for the year 1967, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth is at this time without an Assessor,
NOW, THMFORE, be it hereby resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth as follows:
1. That Gerald O. Splinter be appointed as Assessor Pro Tem until such
time as an Assessor is appointed.
2. That a bond for the position of Assessor Pro Tem be approved. .
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. The following Voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
