RESOLUTION NO. 67-3
Be it hereby resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth that:
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a hearing to consider
the proposed plat of Zanzibar Place lot Addition, and
Whereas, t}.e Plymouth Village Planning Commission re ---mended approval of
the plat, and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval after due
consideration and study.
Therefore, be it resolved that the Zapsibar, Place loll Addition as herewith
described be approved on this 9th day of January, 1967.
That part of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 29,
Township 118 North, Ragge 22 West, described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the South line of said Southeast quarter distant 805.5 feet
Rust of the Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter; thence East along
said South line 324 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said
Southeast quarter to the centerline of County Road No. 6 as now laid out
and travelled; thence Westerly along said centerline to its intersection
with a line drawn North from the point of beginning parallel with the
Fast line of said Southeast quarter; thence South to the point of beginning;
and have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ZANZIBAR PLACE LST
ADDITION
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: xayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Runt.
The following voted against the same: None.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Iinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth held January 9, 1967, with the original
thereof on file in aty office and the same is a full, true transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to approval of the final plat of Zanzibar Place lot
Addition.
