The following members were present: Iayor Staples, Trusteas'1Lmtley, O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. and the following members were absent: None. RESOLUTION NO. 67-2 Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth that: Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Coma.ission held a hearing to consider the proposed plat of Somerset Addition, and Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission recommended approval of the plat; and Whereas, the Plymouth Village Engineer ^--commended approval after due consideration and study. Therefore be it resolved that Somercaet Addition as herewith described be approved on the 9th day of January, 1967. F That part of "the Northwest 1; 4 of the Northwest 1/4 of SeCU; n 31., Township 118, Range 22, described as hollows. Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township 118, Range 22; thence North along i4* West line of said Section 30 a distance of 358.38 feet; thence South 87 degrees 15 minutes East, 635.58 feet; thence South 8 degrees, 42 minutes East, 500.28 feet to an angle point; thence South 32 degrees 07 minutes East, 121.32 felt, more or leas, to an intersection with a line drswn parallel with and 270 feet at right angles Southerly from the North Line of said Section 31, said last described point being the actual point of beginning of, the land being described; thence continuing South 32 degrees 07 minutes East, 229.8 feet, more or less, to a point 351.12 feet Southeasterlyfrom the last described angle point; thence South 17 degrees 07 minutes East, 877.14 feet,.more or less, to the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thencoWest.along said South line 200 feet; thence North 17 degrees 07 minutes West to a line drawn parallel with and distant 785 feet, at right angles Southerly from the North line of said Section 31; thence West parallel with the North line of said Section 31 to a Point 383 feet East of the West line of said Section 31 as measured parallel with the North line thereof; thence North parallel with the West line of said,Secilon 31, a distance of 160 feet; thence Northwesterly' to a point 33 feet al right angles East of the Hest line of said Section 3l and 250 feet North, as measured parallel with said West line, from the line.drawn parallel with, and 785 feet at right angles South of the North line of said Section 31; thence West parallel with said North line to the West line of said Section 31; thence North along said West line to a line drawn parallel with and 270 feet at right angles South of said North line; thence fast to the point of beginning. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt. and the following voted against the i3=.,:: Hone.
