HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-001RESOLUTION NO. 61-1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereofr- a.re$ular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Einnesota, was held on the 9th day of January, 1967. The following members we7e present; Eayor Staples, Trustees D'Fallon, Ih:ntley, Hagen and Bunt. and the following members were absent: None. Kayor Staples introduced the following resolution: WHEMAS, Albert C. Snyder has requested a subdivision waiver for a portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 30, NOW, THEREFORE BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and Piled on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Eiscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, tinnesota, gelating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract 2 That part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, Township.118, Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence East 906.12 feet along the South line thereof; thence deflecting left 90° to a point on the North line of the South 30 feet of said Southeast.q-uarter of the Northeast quarter, said point, being the point of beginning of the property being described; thence continuing North 43.08 feet; thence deflecting left 30° a distance of 486.07 feet; theme along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 100 feet and delta angle of 90° a distance of 157.08 feet; thence Northeasterly tangent to last -said curve 100.54 feet; thence deflecting right 8$°30' a distance of 91.08 feet; thence along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 8767 feet and delta angle of l 15' a distance of 191.27 feet; thence Southeasterly tangent to last -said curve to said North line of the South 30 feet; thence West to the point of beginning, EXCEPT that part of said above-d.escribed tract lying Southeasterly of the following -described line: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said above-described tract; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterl;r line of said tract 250 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence deflecting left 90° to the Southwesterly line of said tract, and there ending.
