P-35MUTIM ID Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 6aptedsk k meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1 jth day of December , 19 66 . The following members were present: Fayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Reru:er, Hagen and Hunt. and the following members were absent: None. # # s # • s # # # Favor Stap/ea introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RMOLUrIQ4 50. 6b-230 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for ,Ake xj—Vvsyekx Two 1967 Police Patrol Cars. IV bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Kay Kotors, Inc. of St. Louis Flark, ;inneso a In Me name or TR Wrlra-ge or Flymoufnor the At • Purchase of Two 1967 Police Cars. by WF according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee o'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against the same: None. The following were (absent) (abstained from voting) : None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
