Pursuant to due ca.11'and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
council of the Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, was held at the Plymouth Village
Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, on the 19th day of December, 1966, commencing
at 7:30 o'clock P.N.
The following members were present: kayor Staples, Trustee O'Fallon „ Renner,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None.
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION AND DISSEMINATION
OF NOTICE RESPECTING PROPOSED PLAT
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THs VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, XINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the attachad notice regarding possible changes in the .Platting
_
Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth ins herebV,apprnvad far dissemination
to tboBa;parties interested in blatting lands within the Village of _.
Plymouth.
2. The Clark -Administrator is hereby directed to cause said notice to
be duplicated and distributed to all interested persons commencing
December 2o, 1966.

` The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by
Trustee Hagen and upon vote '+eing takes thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: .Mayor Staples, Trustee O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: None.
SON, said resolution was declared duly p:..ssed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that.I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the
said Village held December 19, 1966, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same in a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the preparation and dissemination of a notice regarding proposed platting.
