OF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village
iCouncil was held on the 5th day of December, 1966, at the Village Hall,
13800 State Highway No. 55 commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following
members were present: ?Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The following members were absent: None.

A RFSOLUTION DESIGNATING REPRE iFMATIVES TO MEET
WITH STATE LABOR CONCILIATOR ON PETITION OF AMERICAN
FTaMATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
LOCAL NO. 57
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That in reeponse to a petitio:i for conciliation from the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local No. 57
requesting the State Labor Conciliator to act in a dispute between
the Village of Plymouth and the members of the Police Department,
the Clerk—Administrator and the Village Attorney are hereby
designated as representatives of the Village to participate in
such conciliation meeting.
2. The Clerk—Administrator is hereby directed to forward a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Office of the State Labor Conciliator
and to advise them of this action.
The above motion was seconded by. y L-y2k and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Kinneeota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
village held December 5th, 1966, wimh the or9ginal thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the designation of the Clerk—Administrator and the Village Attorney as
representatives of the village.
