Pursu^ut to due call and notice V4ereof a regular racetirg
Of the Village Council of the Village of P1ymoL•th was held on
December 5, 1966 at the Village hull, 13800 :;tate Highway flo. 55
commencing at 7:301 O'clock P. M. Tho following members were present:
Mayor Staple's, Trustees OlFallou, Hunt, Hagen and Renner. The
following members were absent: None.

Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
'Resolution NO. 66-2,
WEERiiAS the State of Minnesota dial, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Section 282.01, convey as tax forfeited land Lot 1,
Bloch 5, Elmhurst Addition to the Village of Plymouth for public
park and drainage purposes and,
Ww-AE'AS it would now appear that said property is not
suitable or usable by the Village of Plymouth for either of said
purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TfJ3 VILLAGE COMICIL
OF THE VILLAGE CF IxLIW)UrH, MIMIESOTA AS F0LIDWS:
1. That it is hereby determined that Lot a- Block 5,
Elmhurst Addition is not unable by the Village of :"lymouth
for either public park or drainage purposes.
2. That the Mayor and Clerk-Aduiwistrator are
authoriued and directed to execute a cony a of said
Lot 1, Block 5, Elmhurst Addition to the State of Kinneaota
as trustee as provided by Minnesota Statutes Section 2:1.25."
The above motion was seconded by Mayor Staples and upon
vote being taken thereon the following v3ted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, TrustOas O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner. The

following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
