.. Pursuant to dub calland notice, thereof a regular meeting of the Village
Wt ouncil of the Village e9f Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of
$oysmber, 1966. The following ambers were present; Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Benner, Hagen and Hunt,
and the following members were absent: None.
Mayer Staples introduced the following resolution:
WHEREAS, Anton Roggeman has requested a subdivision waiver of his property
located in the S.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 13,
NOW THEMPORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth,
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of hisoellansous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five
(5) &ores in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract "A"
The Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, 2owAi1ship 118,
Range 22, except the South 243 feet of the West 295 feet thereof,
Subject to easement for street purposes over the South 33 feet thereof.
Tract "B"
The South 243 feet of the West 295 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Suction 13, Township 118, Range22. Subject to
easement for dtrest purposes over the South 33 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee aunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted
againsti None. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution vhith the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth held November 21, 1966, and the same is a full, true and complete
resolution insofar ae the sate related to the subdivision itaiver of Anton Roggeman.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the Village
this 6th day of December, 1966.
