HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-220VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH REoOLUTION NO. 66-22 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village ofCouncil of the Village r.f Plymouth, Minnesota was held on November 21, 1-966, at the Village Hall, co::;aencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. and the following members were absent: None. kayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, That commencing November 21, 1966, the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., be, and hereby are, appointed as Village Consulting Engineers and Otto G. Bonestroo be appointed as Village Engineer. The above Motion was seconded by Trustee Hagen , and, upon vote • being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: kayor Staples, Trustees Renner, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted agaixstz abstained: Trustee O'Fallon. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, Gerald G. Splinter, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have examined the attached and foregoing copy of a resolution appointing Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. as Village Consulting Engineers and Otto G. Bonestroo as Village Ebagineer of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, and that the same is a true and • correct copy of a resolution duly passed by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth on the 21st day of November, 1966, as the same is set forth in the minutes of the meeting of said Council on file and of record in my office.
