Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Yilla6+e of Plymouth was hold at the Village Hall, 13800 State
Bighway lNo. 55, on the 141h day of November, 19669 commencing at 7130 o'clock
P.M. The following mnabav were present: "r Staples, Trustees Renner,
Began and Hunt.
The followl=g members mere absents Trustee O'Fallan.

Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

BESOL OB RELATM TO
LUM ACQUISITION POLICY
M IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TBE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
AS MLLOWS:
1. That the Village of Plymouth (herein sametime referred to w
"Applicant") make ever reasonable effort to acquire each property by
negotiated purchase be:ore instituting eminent domain proceedings against
the property.
Z. That the Applicant not require aq owner to surrender the right
to possession of his property until the Village of Plymouth pays, or causes
to be paid, to the owner (a) the agreed purchase price arrived at br
negotiation, or (b) in any case where only the amount of the payment to
Us owner is in dispute, not Is" than 75 percent of the appraised fair
value as approved by the Village of Plymouth and concurred in by HBPA.
3. That the Applicant not require any person lawfully occupying
propar47 to surrender possession without at least 90 days' written
notice from the Village of Plymouth of the data on which possession will
be required.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing res lution was duly seconded
by Ttvotoe Hunt and Mon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: layer Staples, Trustees Renner, Hagen and Bunt.

Whereupon sem. resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
