HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-215W VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 66-215 Pursuant to due call end notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of November, 1966. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. and the following members were absent: None. Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution: WHEREAS, Larry Dazenski has requested a subdivision waiver of his property located in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 35, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL �,-v ".'SLE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966. in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract A: The West 150 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, lying south of County Road No. 15 in Section 35, Town- ship 118, Range 22. Tract B: All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the South- west 1/4, lying east of the West 150 feet thereof and West of the East 339 feet thereof and South of County Road No. 15 in Section35. Township 118, Range 22. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by . Payor Staples, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon; Renner, Hagen and Hunt. The following Voted against: None. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ae. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held November 7, 1966, and the same is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates th the subdivision waiver of Larry Dasenski.
