rzHEREac, William Desiel hes requested a subdivision waiver of his property
located in the N. W. 1/4 of Section 6,
NOW, TBEREFUM BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLiGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinanoe No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Bank 1035
Of Xisoallaneous-Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land lest than five
(5) acres in area and 300 feet inwidth are hereby waived as to the
following described lands
Tract As
That part of the N. R. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4, Section 6, Township 118,
Rams 22, ,described as follows: Commencing at 4 point on the hast
line of said 1/4 - 1/4 1120.2 feet South of the N.W. corner of said
1/4 - 1/4, thence -at a right angle bearing East 275.0 feet to the point
of beginning, thence an a bearing of North 741.77 feet to the centerline
of Town Road, thence South 70-54 Z. 275.0f et along centerlins of Town
Road, thence South 709.4 fest, thence N. 77530 W. 266.17 feet to the
point of beginning.
Tract B
That part of the mast 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township
118, Range 22, described as follows Commencing at a point on the hest
1:ne of said Feat 1/2 of the Northwest. 1/4 distant 1120.2 feet South
am the Nor"tm»st oo thereof; thence at a right angle bearing East
215.0 feet4 thence s. 77--030' E. a distance f 820.52 feet to the actual
pout of beginning, thence continuing S. 77$30' Z. s distance of 239.54
feet aors..or less to the Fest line of said East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4;
thence Northerly along said East line 484.5 feet more or leas to its
intersections with the center line of County Road No. 47; thence North-
westerly along said centerline to its intersection with a line bearing

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Staples, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the ,motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
