VILlAGEOF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION no. 66-213
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
7th day of November, 1966. The following members were present: Mayor
Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.
Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, Harold Ernst has requested a subdivision waiver of Parcel 267
in Section 22,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
• 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register
of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance
of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300
feat in width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands:
Tract A:
That part of tae hereinafter described tract of land lying south
of the Southerly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 55 in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, said tract
of land being described as follows: Commencing at the southeast
corner of said southwest 1/4 of said section; thence west along
the south line of said southwest 1/4 269.941, thence nenth to a
point on the north line of South 1/2 of northwest 1/4 of said
section, which point is 268.62' west of northeast corner of said
South 1/2 of Northwest 1/4, thence east to the northeast corner
of said South 1/2 of Northwest 1/4, thence south to the point of
beginning, except road.
Tract B:
CLmmencing at the intersection of East line of S.W. 1/4 and Northerly
right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 55 thence North along east
line of Southwest 1/4 to south line of north 1/4 of southwest 1/4,
thence west along said south line to its intersection with a line
running from a point in south line of southwest 1/4, distance 269.94
feet West of Southeast corner thereof, to a point on North line of
South 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of said section which point is 268.62'
West of Northeast corner of said South 1/2 of Northwest 1/4, thence
South along said line to a point 175' North of Northerly right-of-way
line of Trunk Highway No. 55 thence East 120' thence south to
Northerly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 55, thence Easterly
along said line to beginning, except cartway.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Iyor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
• The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
