This village shall forthwith issue its negotiable municipal state -aid bonds in the principal amount of $270,000 dated November 1, 1966, said bonds being 270 in number and numbered: 1 to 270, both iucluo�ive, in the denomination of $1,000 each, bearing interest as follows: Maturity Rtes Interest Rates All bonds on this issue 1.20' from 1/1/67 to 11/1/67 • and which bonds ma.turo serially on November 2 in the gears and amounts as follows: 1987 - $15,000 1972 - $24,000 1977 - $15,000 1968 - 15,000 1973 - 24,000 1978 - 15,000 1969 - 15,000 1974 - 24,000 1979 -- 13,000 19.70 - 15,000 1975 - 24,000 1983 - 15,000 1971 - 15,000 1976 - 24,000 1981 - 15,600 all without option Gf prior payment. 2. The Clerk Administrator shall deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, and obtain his certificate as required by Section 495.63, Minnesota Statutes. 8. It is hereby determined that the improvements to be financed by the issuance of bonds hereunder will bene- fit the entire village and the village hereby covenants with the holders from time to time of said bonds as follows: (a) The village will cause sufficient moneys received from its allotmento of both construction and maintenance funds from: its municipal stat* -aid allocations to be set aside for the payment of both principal and interest on the bonds. (b) The village will keep complete and accurate books and records showing all receipts and disbursements in con- nection with each Paprovf;ment. .(e) The village will cause its said books and records to be audited at least annually by qualified public accountants and will furnish copies of such audit reports to any interested persons upon request. 9. The officers of the village are hereby authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser of the bonds and to the attorneys approving the same, certified copies of proceedings and records of the village relating to said bonds and to the financial condition and affairs of the village, and such other certificates, affidavits and trans- cripts as may be required to show the facts within their knowl- edge, or as shown by the books and records in their custody and under their control relating to the validity and market- ability of said bonds, and such Instruments, including any heretofore furnished, shall be deemed representations of the village as to the fasts stated therein.
