meeting of the Village Council of the iVillage of Plymouth, Minnesota,

WHEREAS, pursuant to an adverciwament for bids for the Improve -
sent of the following streets, to -wit:

2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall he retained
until t contract has boon signed."
