VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION APPEtO IFICATIONS AND
ORDERIOU 117YERTINBRUT FUR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular (special)
sleeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 11th day of October , 19 28.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees

and the following members were absent: hone

Trustee Harm introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:

WHMIZAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
Qstober 17, 19 M , the Village Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for the installation of sanitary severs on
Xorvcad Lane and ■apolla Laos between lith Avenue ]forth
and 88th Avenue North; 88th Avesms North frac fiirltveed Lam
to Xapolls Lane; Lareh Lane from 28th Avsme larch 408 toot
South; Rirkvood Lase from 28tb Avenue North M loot South
(known as Projeet 46-1d)
add has pret-eLtad such plans and ipecifications to the Council for
approval;
NO1°, T28RXFOR$, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILI AGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAW OF PLYVOUTH:

"1. Such plans and specificatioua, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approvr. d.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in Coostructioa
Bulletin an advertisems.nt o—r 3Wupon
the" making 0 euc mprovement under such approved plans
and speciiicutions. The advertisemsrt shall 1x-- pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on 196 , in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, an,: that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filled gith
the Clerk and accompsnied by a, cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check paya'.Ie to the Clerk
for 6 per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:
1Kayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Runt.
The following voted against the same: None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held
October 11 , 1888, with the original thereof on file in
"333196 Rua TSF same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to Installation of sanitw7
sewers in Proiect known as 66-1J.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 21st, day of October , 19 66
