RESOLUTION NO. 66-203
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
• Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day oQ
October, 1966.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.

Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, Martin Burke has requested a subdivision waiver of Lots 11, 12,
and 13, Block 1, Glen Grove Acres,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVM) BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the require :ants of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth,
40 passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five
(5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived ae to the
following described lands:
All that part of Lots 11, 12, & 13 lying south of a line 78.75 feet
north of and parallel with the south line of Lot 11 and lying north
of a line 78.75 feet south of and parallel with the north line of
Lot 13 and lying wegt of a line drawn from the midpoint of the north
line of Lot 10 to the midpoint of the south line of Lot 15, all in
Block 1, Olen Grove Acres, according to the plat thereof on file or
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hemnepin County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
`.'avor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefilly compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said village held October 17, 19661 with the original thereof on file in may office
and the same is a fall, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the name
relates to the subdivision waiver of Martin Burke.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
