VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RE80LUTION No. 66-202
i'nrsuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Coancil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of
October 17, 1966.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Hunt, Hagen
Roancr and O'Fallon.
and the following members were absent: None.

WHEREAS, John Kennedy has requested a subdivision waiver of Parcel 1797,
Government Lot 6, in the south 1/2 of Section 30,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register
of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance
of parcels of land lees than five (5) sores in area and 300
feet in width are hereby ;waived as to the following described
lands:

That part of Government Lot 6, Section 30,, Township 118, Range 22,
described an follows; Commencing at, a point on the East line of
Government Lot'S, in said Seotion 30, 865607 feet North of the
southeast corngr thereof; th`nce south 73 15' West, 1418 feet;
thence North 8 20' West, 159621 feet; thence North W291 West,
132.15 feet; thence North 19 35' west, 174,61 feet; thence North

actual point.of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee Renner, and upon vote being taken thereon, the foglowing voted in fa-lor
thereof: Trustees Hagen, Hunt, Renner and O'Fallon.
The following voted againat: None.
The following abstained: Mayor Staples.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing sst Resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village
of Plymouth held October 17, 1966, and the same is a full, true and complete Resolution
insofar as the same related to the Subdivision Waiver request of John Kennedy.
