WHERW, Parke -Davis Company has requested a subdivision waiver of Lots 1,
2, 3, and Outlot 2 of Block 4, Ninneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition,
NOW, THERUCRE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMXIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY&,OUPH:
1. That Us requirements of Ordinaaae No. 66-1 of the Village of 'Ilymouth
passed on January 10,'1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Re„ister of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Xinnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land lase than
five (5), agree in Otrea and 300 fee-: in, width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:

That part of the South 280 feet of Lot 2i Block 4, ki*msapolis
Industrial Park 2nd Addition, 1,ying West of a line &:seta perpen-
dicular to the South line of said Lot 2 and from a point therein
distant 7.5 feet WOO of the Southeast corner of said Lot 2.
Subject to an easement for sanitary sewer purposes over tae
Westerly 10 feet thereof.
Tract B:
That part of the South 280 feet of Lot 2, Block 4 lying E wt of a
line drawn perpendicular to the South line of said Lot 2 ar.d from
a point therein distant 7.5 feat West of the Southeast corner of

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
Trustee Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor $taplerl, Trustees OOP'allon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. The rnllowing
voted against: None.
Whereupon tbs motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, tiinnesata, hereby certify that Z have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth held October 11, '1966, and the same is a full, true and complete
resolt..tion insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver for Parke-Davis
in Minneapolis Industrial Park.
