R w OLUTION H0. 66-1
Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, T-.innesota, was held on October i.0, 1966,
at the Village Hall, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.T-..
The following members :ere present: Layor Stap ,, s, Trustees O'Fallo:,
Renner, Hagen an• Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.

Trustee Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
BE IT jM. vBY IimOLVED BY THE VILLAGE, COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLI-_DUTH,
l.INTT SOTA, That Jiro knight, Planning Consultatt, be retained by the Villa, -i
of Plymouth to prepare the necessary forms for the purloee of obtaining
matching funds for park lands and that this retainer be limited to $1,000.00.
The above tlotion was seconded by Trustee Hunt, and upon vote being taken
• thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: payor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon,
Renner, Hagen and Hurt,
and the following voted againat the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk=Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth held October 10, 1966, and the same is a
full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the retaining
of Jim Knight.
