The following members were pi•esent: I•.ayor Staples, Trustees O'F'allon, Renner, Hagen and Hurit. and the following members were absent: None. Mayor :3tapies i-ntroduced the fallowing Resolution: wHSMRI]AS, Leon Klemish has requested a consalidatiun of Lots 7 and C, Block 6, Suburbandale Parker's Lake, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUIICIL OF TIE VILLAGE OF PLYF.OUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of h.iscellaneous Records, page 49', Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, kinnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels cf jand less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby vaived as to the following described lands: Lots 7 ani b, Block 6, Suburbandale Parker's Lake The motion for tac adoptio: of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee 6'Fallon, and upon cote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 1,.ayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the motion was declarLd duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MNNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, A:innesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held October lO, 1966, and the same is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the lot consolidation request of Leon Klemish.
