The Village Clerk has, With the assistance of the engineers heretofore selected Ey7s oounaiiiusT'Rnch pu�pase, calculated the proper amounts to be specially assessed fcr fsrloer's falx 9teea 29"r Pre61eot (K-97) against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance with the provisions of law, and has pre- pared and filed in his office tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed in the amount calculated against same. 2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the proposed assessment. 3. The proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an cpportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and I objections have been filed. 4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or par- cels of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of *trW 's lam •teals •swan Pre,eet 01-M In the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, peas or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby levied and assessed. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and con- firmed, and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively. 8. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for )trlosee law stem on" f "J"t O -t')') 7, The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at the rate of • percent per annum.
