M. at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway #55. The following members were present: rarer 8taplms, Trustees 01fa1lon, rant, rKes and � the following members were absent: >VjW Re PJ N e Q- __ Mayor Staoleg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, A6- 188 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT FOR 46MAM IA= BMW UR (1-1) WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment hearing was held on the 4h day of OstWwr, 19" relating to Gariaad Lam Kers Sever (V -a) and, WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections, If any, were noted, NOW, THBRIFORZ, BE IT HIREBY RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 6; �qw Nr w 4, 1 "1. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the cy11LL engineers heretofore selected zr].Ls council ro r"ouch pu-pose, calculated the proper amounts to be specially assessed for Garland Lase Stern Semi (T -D) against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance with the provisions of law, and has pre- pared and filed in his office tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed in the amount calculated against same. 2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the proposed assessment. 3. The proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an cpportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, It any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and objections have been filed. 4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or par- cels of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of Garland Lar Mro Sonar (T-5) in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount Is hereby levied and assessed. b. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and con- firmed, and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively. 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall . be certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for dashed Lase bra Niwr (1-e) 7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at the rate of S percent per annum. 8. Such assessment shall be payable in gp equal annual Installments payable on the lot day of January in each Years, beginning in the year 19#1_, and continuing until all of said installments shall'�e been paid, each Installment to be collected with taxes collectible during said year by the County Auditor. To the first Installment shall be added interest on the entire assess- ment from the date hereof to December 31, 1967. To each subsequent installment shall be added intereRifor one • year on all unpaid installments. -2- L 6 9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office of the County Auditor of IMmspia County a certified statement of the a -mount of all of such unpaid assessments and tha amount which will be due thereo on the 1si day of January in each year. The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon votr being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt. the following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
