Notice has 'ween duly published as required by law that this (touncil would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the proposed assessment. 3. The proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, If any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and objections have been filed. 4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or par- cels of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of r.I.s# sanitary err Project CK -M) In the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby levied and assessed. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and con- firmed, and the suer fixed and named in said proposed assessment with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively. . 8. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shaii thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for ■.1.i*. WAAS rp 8889 Beet W04) T. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until the samo have been paid at the rate of 4 percent per annum. 8. Such assessment shall be payable in So equal annual installments payable on the lot day of January in each year, beginning in the year 19�, and continuing until all of said installments sha227M% been paid each Installment to be collected with taxes collectible during said year by the Count► Auditor. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assess- ment from the date hereof to December 31, 19�� To each • subsequent installment shall be added intereTtrfor one year on all unpaid installments. -2- • S. The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt, the following voted against; None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
