M. at the Bostfrights Sabeol, 12316 NIM State Highway #53. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trssts" O'Falles, Nast, fagea and Sear= the following members were absent: Now �.. av r Staple■ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 66- 186 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT FOUR SANITAW BMiR PM0JXffS 66 -IL TRS/ 66-11 AM TRS No. 6 WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment hearing was held on the 8th day of Oateber, 1966 . relating to Ssaitarp Mover 1prejoots 66-3A thrr 66-111 a" Trunk me. 6 and, WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be hoard were heard and their objections, if any, were noted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUWIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: • "1. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Moore. br■aa, !Udall �u A Mari iaa heretofore selected y s coUUNICil Tor oat pu pose, calculated the proper amounts to be specially assessed for such sanitary sever projects against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance with the provisions of law, and has pre- pared and filed in his office tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed in the amount calculated against same. 2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council would meet in regular session at this time and place to paes on the proposed assessment. 3. The proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to inspection and copying by all • persons interested, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, If any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and 33 objections have been filed. 4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or par- cels of land enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of such sanitary sever projects In the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby levied and assessed. 8. Ouch proposed assessment is affirsed, adopted and con- firmed, and the suds fixed and named in said proposed assessment with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively. • 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for /canary Mover !rejects 46-L thrm 44-11 and ?sank No. • 7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until the sumo have been paid at the rate of percent per annum. 8. Such assessment shall be payable in 'o equal annual iustallments payable on the lot day of January in each year, beginning in the year 19 67, and continuing until all of said installments shail-Ma boon paid, each Installment to be collected with taxes collectible during said year by the County Auditor. To the first inotsliment shall be added interest on the on�re assess- ment from the date hereof to December 81, 19To each subsequent installment shall be added Intercofor one year on all unpaid installments. -2- 9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office of the County Auditor of County a certified statement of the mJIM" eM� • of such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be due thereon on the ist day of January in each year." The above motion was seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ksyor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner. the following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
