WHEREAS, pursuant t6­_an__a_Jv_er1.1sement for bids for the improve- ment of the following streets, to -wit: Larch Lane by Rerouting and widening said street in the vicinity of the Boo bZdPorNlL%wsA AWdvp"lwhd 3dm)4 a&%c&MA"2to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
