EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF R8GUTAn MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNKSO'dk
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
the 3rd day of October, 1966, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Hagen, Hunt and Renner.
The following members were absent: None

FUND FOR o;NITARY SEWER OPERATING

IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
"1.
There is hereby established an impressed fund
known as the Sanitary Sewer Operating and Sinking
Impressed Fund.
2.
The -amount of this fund shall be in the sum of

$500.00 and the Village Treasurer shall be the
custodian of such fund.
3.
Such fund shall be used for purposes of receiving
cash income and disbursement relating to the operation
of the sanitary sewer system and with relation to
the making of change for those property owners who
prepay sanitary sewer assessments.
4.
In,the case of property owners prepaying sanitary
sewer assessments the amount of such prepayments
shall im=ediately be transferred from said impressed
fund to the appropriate sanitary sewer sinking fund.
