VILI.AGS COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGES OF PLYMOUTH
HSNNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereon, a special meting
of the Village Council of the Villsgc of Plymouth, 'Minnesota
was duly hold at the Village Full on the 26th day of September,
1966, comaencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O'F-1lr,c. Hagen, Hunt and Renner; the following
members were absent: None.

laorgbw Staples introduced the following "solu-
tion and moved its adoption:
"RZBCLVZD, that the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, conduct a public hearing at the
Village Bali Of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on
the 17th day Of October , 1966, to con-
sider 10iTaation or %M roITUNIng 0scribed street
"That part of Zanthus Lane and 20th Avenue North
lying between Blocks 5 and 6, IMPERIAL BILLS,
lying westerly of a line drawn from the South-
east corner of said Block 5 to a point in the
north line of Lot 14 in said Block 6, distant
63.73 feet fast of the Northeast corner of said
Lot 14; and lying Westerly of a curved line
drawn :fres the Southeast corwr of Lot 1 in said
Block 6 to the Northco-st corner of Lot 1 in said
Block 5, said curved line being conv+rsa to the West
and having a ratfus of 553.28 feet, together with
the underlying easements for utility and drainage
purposes in Blocks 5 and 6 of the original plat
of I+MMIAL HILLS.
"BE IT FURTHER RSSMVED, that the Village clerk he directed
to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the manner
required by law.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee o1pallon
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in f-vor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O`Fallon, Hagen, Bunt and
Renner; the following voted against: None; wherevWn said
resolution wan declared to be duly passed and adopted.

cle-k of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
