HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-179W W VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION APPRQVJLWU PUN3 AND SPECIFICATIONS AND 0 0 • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the E$ti day of rte! , 19ng_, The following members were present: Mayor Mtaplos, Trustees O•Y'alioa, saga, seat and Roamer; and the following members were absent: Nome o e♦ a a v ** s RE50LUNON 66-179 Mayor itaplas introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WEGM AS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on August 89 , 19 M , the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the iradiag,banework, dratlMp and bitrdiaous surtaoiag of Rdtb Avenue worth from County Road #1M to pilgrim Lass and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: -1- E U 111. Such plans and specification , a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in ��t��} an advertisement r im upon d1lifling ox such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the pork to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 11 �-.00 O oA e M. on t. Xplg%, in the Council Chamfers of he Vfflage Ha , anti that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5__ per cent of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trrateo fstt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myor Staples, Trrstoes O•ftllss, /sgaa, first and Rwaser.
