Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on September 26, 1966, at the Village
• Ball commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor
Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, .ginner, Hagen and Hunt. The following members were
absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66-178
RESOLUTION APPROVI.Y0 CONSTRUCTION
OF FRCNTAGE ROAD
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the Village approve the construction
of a frontage road on the North side of State Trunk Highway No. 55 and,
NOW THERM)RE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
• OF PLYMOUTH:
That the Village approve the construction of a frontage road on the
North side of State Trunk Highway No. 55 from the Village Hall entrance
to 617 feet East and find it to be in accordance with the requirements
of the Village Engineer and release the bond subject to the condition
that all liabilities on the bond be released for any and all acts
occurring after this date.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Huht.
The following voted against the same: None.

I, the uadersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said village held September 26, 1966, with the original thereof on file in may
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar an
the same relates to the approval of construction of a Frontage Road on the North
side of State Highway No. 55•
