HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-177s VILLAGE OF PLLSOtTPH RMOLUTION NO. 66-177 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village 0 Council of the Village of Plymouth, kinneaota, was held on the 26th day of i 0 September, 1966. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustee Hunt, Hagen, Renner and O'Fallon. amd the following members were absent: None. kayor Staples introduced the following Resolution: WHEREAS, Harold Heidelberger has requested a subdivision waiver of Parcel 1815 in the South 1/2 of Section 30, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE n- PLYkOtTPH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands; (A) That part of Goverment Lot 6, Section 309 Township 118, Rangs 22, described as follows: Comencing at a point on the East line of Goverment Lot 5, said Section 30, distant 865.07 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Goverment Lot 5, said East line being asaused to be a due Horth and South line for purposes of this description; thence South 73015' hest, 1418 feet to the point of beginning of the property being described; thence North 8020' Nest, 159.21 feet; thence Horth 15029' Nest, 139.15 feet; thence North 19035' West, 22.6 feet; thence South 88002' West to the East line of the West 702 feet of said Goverment Lot 6; thence South on said East line of the West 702 feet to the centerline of County Road No. 6; thence Northeasterly along said centerline to a line drawn South 8020' East from the point of beginning; thence Horth 8020' West to the point of beginning; subject to existing easewnt for highway purposes; Also subject to and together with an *asement for road purposes over a strip of land 33 feet wide, being 16.5 feet on each side of the following described centerline;: Commencing at a point on the East line of Government Lot 5 i said Section 30, distant 865.07 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Governant Lot 5, said East line being assumed to be a due North and South line for purposes of this description; thence South 73015' West, 1418 feet to the actual point of beginning fo the centerline to be described, which point is within the right -of -my of County Road No. 6; thence Horth 8020' Wast, 159.21 feet; thence Horth 15029' hest, 139.15 feet; thence North 19035' West, 40 feet, and there ending. 0 (B) That part of Government Lot 6, Section 30, Township 118, Range 22 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East line of Government Lot 5, said Section 30, distant 865.07 feet Borth of the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 5, said East line being assumed to be a due Borth and South line for purposes of this description; thence South 73'15' hest, 1418 feet; thence North 8020' West a 159.21 feet; thence Worth 15029' West, 139.15 feet; thence North 19 35' West, 22.6 feet to the point of beginning of the property being described; thence North 19035' West, 152.01 feet; thence North 16032' West, 59.9 feet; thence North 32054' West, 92.68 feet; thence North 4036' East, 388.57 feet; thenne South 89036' West, 490.1,': feet more or less to the East line of the West 602 feet of said Governpent Lot 6; thence South on said Fast line of the West 602 feet to its intersection with a line drawn South 88°02' West from the point of beginning; thence North 88002' .::;not to the point of beginning; Except that part thereof described as follows: Beginnin:[ at the Northeast corner of said above- described tract; thence South 4 36' West along the Easterly line of said tract 372.01 feet; thence South 89036' West to a point 685.1 feet East of the West line of said Government Lot 6; thence along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 50 feet a distance of 78.63 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of said Government Lot 6 to the North line of said above-described tract; thence North 89036' East to the point of beginning of said exception, Subject to and together with an easement for road purposes over a strip of land 33 feet wide, being 16.5 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at a point on the fast line of said Government Lot 5 distant 865.07 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Government Lot 5, said East line being assumed to be a duo North &ad South line for purposes of this deecriptioa; thence South 73015' West, 1418 fast to the actual point of begiming_of the ooaterline to be .described, which paint is within the right-of-agy of County Read No. 6; thence North 8020' gent, 159.21 feet; these* Worth 15029' Wooly 139,15 feet; thence Borth 19035' W:■t, 174.61 fest; theme North 16.32' West, 59.9 fest; thence North 32 54: West, 92.68 feet, and there ending. The motion for the adoption of the forgoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, dagen and Hunt. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing estrait of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held September 26, 1966, with the original thereof on file in my office and the some is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver of Harold Heidelberger.
