HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-174VIILAdE OF ]PLYMOUTH, ID Pursuant to due call and notice ttareof, a regular fmlsldii) meeting sof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ae_d on tine 10th day of September , 1966 Thi following members were present: Major Staples, Trustees Sent, Hagen and Seaaor and the following members were absent: Trwtos O'lallon Mayer Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RFSOLVPION 400, 66-14 WHEREAS, pursuant to an adver':isement for bids for the Asg� Installation of sanitary sewer in project Area SO -1I aw bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA03 OF PLYHOU H: "1 The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to enter into the attached contract with Bmrbaransa Damstrwstiem cam■aas* of lever In -i- Baal" r� T ka according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful ti9der and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
