RRSOLU1ION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF
I'LIKOUTH PLAZA 3RD ADDITION
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council
#• of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of September, 1966.
The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Trustee O'Fallon.

Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION M0. 66-1-73
Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth that:
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a hearing to coruider
the proposed plat on Plymouth Plasm, 3rd Addition, and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission recommended approval of
the plat, and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village R4gineer recommended approval after due
consideration and study.
Therefore be it resolved that the Plymouth Plan 3rd Addition as herewith
described be approved on this 19th day of September, 1966.
The Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 13,, Township 118, Range 22,
except that part thereof described as comancing at the intersection
of a line parallel to and 60 feet South of the North line of acid North—
west 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 with a line drawn parallel to and 60 feet
East of the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence
Rest parallel to said North line 115.2 fat to a point hereinafter
referred to as Point A; thence North parallel to said West Line to the
North line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, which is actual
point oN beginning of the tract to be excepted; thence South to said
Point A; thence continuing South parallel to said West line 150 feet;
thence West parallel to said North lime to the West line of said North—
west 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence North along said West line to the
Northwest corner of Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence Bast
along said North line to the point of beginning and except that part of
the above land mbraced within the plat of PLINOUM PLAU 21ID ADDITION.
Alio that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 e64606soft-

at the most Easterly corner of Block 7, PLINOUN PLAZA 29D ADDITION;
thence Southerly along sm extension of the Masterly lint of said block
7, a distance of 120.07 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly
line of said Block 7 to the West line of said Northeast 1/4 of the
southeast 1/4; thence North along said West line to the Southerly line
of said Block 7; thence Masterly along the Southerly line of said Block
7 to the point of beginning. Also that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 and of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
13, Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at the Southwest
corner of acid Southeast 1/4 of the Sout}uast 1/4; thence Last along
the South ling of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance
of 193.45 feet; thence North parallel with the gest line of acid
motion, a distance of 1400 feet; then Northmpterly deflecting to
the left 28 degrees, a distance of 402.81 feet to the West line of said

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee Reaper and upon vote being talon thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayort Staples, Trustees Renner, hunt and Hagen.

The following were absents Trustee O'Psllon.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnescta, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the sttaahed
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth held September 19, 1966, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the rams is a full, true transcript therefrom insofar as the snore
relates to approval of the final plat of Plymouth Plasa 3rd Addition.
