EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF iiZOULAR IOMTING OF VILLAW COUNCIL

Pursuant to r.ae call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Cuuncil of :hes Village of Plymoutta, Minnesota
vas held on the 19th dap of September, 1966, at the Village
Hall, 13900 State Highway No. 55, Plymouth, Minnesota.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O' Fallon, Runt, MLgen and Renner
mud the following members were absent: ?gone
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
"=SOLUTION NO. 66- 172
A RISOLUTION CHAWING STRfi T XAMS AND
DESIGNATION
WMMZAs, by action of the Hennepin County Board of
Commissioners the street mown as County Road No. 70 in
the Village of Plymouth WAS abandoned by said County Board
and returned to the jurisdiction of the Village of Plymouth and,
• WHt1R4S, that portion of said former County Read No. 70 lying
North of State Highway No. 55 is in an area where the intersection
of other streets and county raids can bring confusion with respeeat
to street locations and addreeeses and,
EHSMAS, it is desirable that said portion of the former
County Road No. TO be given a street name designation to facilitate
delivery of mail and other services,
NOW, TMMKPORZ, BE IT MMY RESOLVED BY THR VILIA6E COUNCIL

The above action vas seconded by ?r tae Renner and upou.

Mayan Staples, Trustees 00 Fallon, 1-Tjat and Renner.
