RESOLUTION NO. 66-171
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of
September, 1966.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees OfFallon,
Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution:
WHEREAS, Horace Grindahl has requested a subdivision waiver of Lot 18,
Block 2, Wilshire Gardens,
NOW, THERKFf1RE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
-10 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 10,1966, and filed on April 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 4979 Register
of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance
of parcels of lands less than five (5) acres in area and 300
feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands:
Northly Parcels
The North 1/2 of Lot 18, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens.
Southerly Parcel:
The South 1/2 of Lot 18, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by T
by Trustee Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing Resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of the Village
of, Plymouth held September 19, 1966, and the same is a full, true and complete
Resolution insofar as the same relates to the Subdivision Waiver request of
Horace Grindahl.
